Commercial Staging Project: The Chocolate Factory

This property, a one bedroom apartment in a beautiful development of a historical factory building in Greenbank was a commercial property for a developer who wanted to launch a range of properties on the market. The apartment has beautiful, unusually high ceilings and large windows letting light pour in, the staging not only added colour and vibrancy to the property but also gave potential viewers a better sense of the space. We worked with local artists to commission pieces that fit in the space and champion Bristol’s Art scene.
